This policy explains how content published by Daevilmedia may and may not be used.
Daevilmedia is operated by Phil Battye, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom.
1. Ownership of content
Unless otherwise stated, original content published on Daevilmedia is owned by or licensed to Daevilmedia.
This includes, where applicable:
- articles
- written commentary
- graphics
- original images
- website design elements
- branding
- logos
- downloadable guides
- videos
- social media content created by Daevilmedia
- other original materials
All rights are reserved unless this policy or another notice specifically says otherwise.
2. Sharing Daevilmedia content
You are welcome to share links to Daevilmedia articles, pages and resources.
You may also quote short extracts from Daevilmedia content where lawful and appropriate, provided that:
- the extract is not misleading
- the original meaning is not distorted
- Daevilmedia is clearly credited
- a link to the original content is provided where practical
You may not reproduce substantial portions of Daevilmedia articles or other original content without permission unless permitted by law.
3. Free parent guides
Daevilmedia makes certain child-safety and parent resources available free of charge.
Unless otherwise stated, these guides may be:

These guides must not be:
- sold
- placed behind a paywall

- damages the reputation or identity of the brand
You may not create a substantially similar logo or brand presentation intended to confuse people about its connection with Daevilmedia.
6. Social media content
Daevilmedia may republish or embed content originally posted through its own social media accounts.
That content remains subject to this policy unless otherwise stated.
Sharing Daevilmedia social media posts through the normal sharing tools provided by the relevant platform is permitted.
Downloading, reuploading or republishing substantial original Daevilmedia content elsewhere may require permission.
7. Third-party material
Not everything appearing on Daevilmedia is necessarily owned by Daevilmedia.
The website may sometimes refer to or display third-party material, including:
